Itinerary

Transportation

We will arrange for your transfers to and from the airport. Transportation for the activities is included.*

Hotel

We will spend 7 nights at Sevilla Palace Hotel, strategically located in Reforma – one of the most vibrant neighborhoods that boasts breathtaking modern architecture alongside bustling parks (like Bosque de Chapultepec)

Breakfast

Step outside the hotel to discover plenty of coffee and pastry shops where you can enjoy a coffee and a bite to eat.
Breakfast is also available at the hotel (not included)

Chapultepec Castle Tour

We’ll start at the Chapultepec area where we’ll work up an appetite walking through the Museum of Anthropology, home to the famous Aztec Calendar, which is actually neither Aztec nor a calendar; intrigued?

We will have a three-course lunch at El Lago Restaurant with your choice of beer or wine included.

Following lunch, we will tour the only true castle in the entire American continent, now turned into the National History Museum for some of the most amazing views in the city.

Meals

We will enjoy heavy appetizers and a drink on our first evening together. Also included are 3 lunches, a taco and cantina tour, and a private chef-prepared dinner.

You will have the remainder of the meals to explore the various street food stalls and restaurants on your own.

An estimated budget for meals that are not included is approximately $90-150 for the week.

Wine Tasting

We will relax and learn about six Mexican wines with Lesley Jackson, a sommelier who specializes in the wines of Mexico.

Taco + Cantina Tour with Churros

A fun evening adventure discovering our favorite taco! We’ll take a leisurely stroll through different “taquerías” to sample as many types of tacos as we can. To stay hydrated on this delectable journey, we will pop into one or two nearby cantinas.

The evening ends with delicious churros to complete the flavor experience.

Xochimilco and Coyoacan

We’ll journey to the south of the city and the World Heritage Site of Xochimilco, where we will board a colorful gondola called a “trajinera” that will carry us to a small island called “Chinampa”. Here we’ll have a demonstration of traditional harvesting of diverse foods, and a unique pre-Hispanic lunch prepared exclusively for our group.

Tequila + Mezcal + Chocolate

Taste tequila, mezcal and chocolate followed by a dinner specially prepared for our group by a local chef.

Chocolate Museum Entry

Tour the chocolate museum and learn all there is to know about the importance of Mexican cacao.

*Transportation is not included. This is a 6 minute walk from the hotel or a 5 minute rideshare/taxi.

El Santuario Valle de Bravo

We will spend the day at the beautiful El Santuario de Bravo where we will enjoy a day pass that includes a $25 food and beverage credit. During our time at El Santuario, we have access to swimming pools and beautiful sacred grounds. Discover areas where you can find peace and tranquility, spaces that invite you to meditate, outdoor areas, and facilities to activate inner energy.

Included in our spiritual day at El Santuario is a group cacao ceremony
This ceremony reconnects you with the beauty, sweetness and love that resides in yourself. Therapeutically it helps you to recover your power to relate and to serve others.
